First Ride

Yesterday we rode a total of 90 kms with about 1/2 going uphill. We rode to a village that was perched on a hilltop, at about 900m altitude. It's famous for it's pottery and dishware. During our magnificent lunch a thunder storm broke out --we waited and had a reasonably ride home.My medication has travelled well in an insulated bag and 3 ice packs---up to 12 hrs.When I'm off the plane I put it in my suitcase for additional insulation - til later - Ciao
