New Year’s Eve in Florence!!

Renaissance art and Uffizi prep, then walk to the Uffizi. Shopped, got some, rest, and then went to New Year‘s Eve dinner. Dinner included Bistekka, the huge Florentine steaks usually served very rare. Some of us asked and they cooked it as well as their consciences would let them! We all managed to do it proud. It was delicious and the potatoes were excellent.
