With Piero driving we headed away from Braies first through Cortina to Passo Giau. This is a most magnificent place. It is a very high pass of 2233m and is where the Giro Italia passes through along 100’s of motor bikes. It is surrounded by a 360 degree view of very high mountains. We other three headed to Callazo through Longarone and Pieve di Cadore. The day was complete with Pizza, grappa and traditional songs in the cafe.
Rounding up – the day was one of most spectacular scenery throughout the Dolomites.
