We went to the markets and bought a couple of items, had to go down in a funicular (gondola).

A wee walk around San Marino-so lovely but the hills are a killer.

Next we drove to Venice, checked into the hotel and then took a boat ride into Venice for Venice by night with dinner. There are 6 cruise ships in but luckily for us, the passengers were all on board having tea so Venice was relatively quiet. What a place, love it. Had a walk around and dinner. The lagoon of Venice has 117 islands.
