Left the apartment about 9 this morning. It is amazing how much faster the walk back to the train station was than the walk to our building!! We knew exactly where to turn. A few days in a city make all the difference in getting your bearings. Had a tasty croissant with ham and cheese and a cappuccino on our way. Work Boats

All incoming items are delivered by boat from the docks. There are lots of this style of boat. Most have 2 people on them and then fellows on the dock who fill wheeled carts and hand deliver to the merchants

The receiver hanging from the red lanyard is transmitting what the tour guide is saying. I think Ted & Don Clegg need to promote this with their business. It was great because the mass of people continued to move and didn't congregate and block everyone else.

Great blog
Enjoying our own Italian weather this week. We'll be off the air for a week now. Heading for Edmonton at the crack of dawn tomorrow, or before it, and on to Didsbury conv. on Wednesday. Keep safe!

Yes, yes! But I will go only if you lead the way. You guys are amazingly resilient! I've gotten hives trying to catch your trains:) but the coffee sounds lovely roasted right there. Venice is beautiful! Once again , thanks for helping us tour vicariously with you!
