Cortina By

Today we're travelling through the Dolomite Mountains in Italy, stopping at Cortina where the 1957 Winter Olympics were held. Some movies were made here, James Bond and Cliffhanger.
Travelled from Italy into Austria through the Brenner pass.
We see the start of the Alps.
Passing the 2nd highest bridge in Europe 192m high.
Spend the night in Innsbruck, Austria, for some reason they speak German here and also in Switzerland.
We stayed in a cosy family run hotel which translated means old, dingy and on a main road. It did have triple glazed windows which kept the noise out but there was no air conditioning so it was very stuffy with the window closed.
