Wow, time has been flying and I haven't been updating my blog! Sorry about that, there is just not enough hours in the day!

Here is a quick update from the last time we have talked.

Nice was fantastic- all of their museums were free on the first Sunday of the month! Stayed in a very nice place and met a cool Greek named Spyros.

The trip between Menton and Nice was good too. Saw a beautiful villa and walked along the coast.

The hostel in Menton was nice but we had to walk up like a bazillion stairs to get there!

Cinque Terre was stunning. Hard-core hiking with spectacular views (and lots of good swimming)

Florence was cool- no problem getting into the galleries. Saw David and the Uffizi Gallery. One night randomly ran into a festival with lanterns and music and kids with pea shooters.

Siena has been nice so far, off to Rome tonight!
