This weekend I visited Florence. Luckily the weather was the nicest it has been since I have been here, with the exception of it raining on Sunday. Al, Jordan and I took a train from Termini an hour after classes ended on Friday and arrived in Florence a little after five. .... 463 stairs... is that like when we move you in to your apartment on the sixth floor and the elevator is broken and we have to carry everything up the stairs...lol ... Your blog is so enjoyable to read and the pictures are a treat. Ponte Veccio is so pretty at night , love seeing you and Al , you both look happy and well, thank God. Florence was well worth the train ride. All in all, a soft bed, bistecca Florentine, Italian wine, Gelati, sightseeing, good friends , music and so much more.... I can't wait to see all the pictures you have taken. Did you eat one of those oranges? mmmmm ......
