Day 19

On Tuesday we went on a train to have a look at the colosseum we did not go in because we are going on a tour with a tour guide named Kate. The colosseum is one of the most beautiful and majestic amphitheatres From roman times. It was built in 80 AD. It was used for big sporting events and gladiator fights.It was damaged by an earthquake a long time ago. The rock was used to build St. Peter's in the Vatican.
We also went to the pantheon which is the oldest building in Rome. It has a hole in the roof. When we went out for dinner I asked a for a bowl of chips and then I fell a sleep on mums shoulder and when the chips come I woke up and looked at my chips and they were potato chips that looked like they came straight out of a bag. They were not the French fries that I really wanted.
