We had a wonderful day at the zoo a couple Saturdays ago and it was such a fun day. A bunch of us met at Piazza del Popolo and ate lunch. After lunch we headed towards the park which we walked across to go to the zoo. The park was beautiful especially considering it was perfect weather. Arriving at the zoo was quite relieving as I'd been wanting to go since we got here. The animals seemed to be a little less happy than at many zoos, but their sad little faces made for great pictures.
