And we end our trip back in Rome which became our home away from home. The bustle and craziness of Roman life that was once overwhelming, stressful and completely unfamiliar became comforting. I think we will return one day and find ourselves feeling a bit more like a strong, confident statue mounted on the top of one of the building here rather than the small insect dodging feet traffic and manuever through the cobblestone streets.

Events that we either did not even notice before or simply just took advantage of. A large one being that majority of people (if not everyone) speaks English here! mistaken us for native Italians, well maybe not quite that good.

We will miss the gelato, the lifestyle, lemoncello, vino, espresso, traveling with no obligations, and of course all the delicious food. We truely ate our way through Italy!

So for now we say farewell (Ciao!) but only until next time, because we will be back to experience everything we missed and everything we loved all over again!
