We know, it's been a while. So instead of boring you all with the details of our 7 hour, no-sign-of-life, thigh deep snow hike though the Slovakian Alps
OR the beautifully picturesque ancient capital of Moravia in Czech republic, littered with Baroque fountains and gorgeous gardens
OR the crazy tourist-ridden streets of Prague
OR our personal whirlwind tour of Vienna
OR our afternoon of wine tasting and picnicking in the Hungarian east
OR lolling in the steamy, sun-drenched baths in Budapest
we thought we'd take you on our journey - exploring living quarters and a few extra-special culinary delights.

Baroque fountain and Holy Trinity Statue

We currently have a special offer of 3 nights with a minimalist, vegan Tai Chi master and wannabe Indian, sari-wearing Swiss girl in the heart of Budapest.
Slightly less interesting and definitely more expensive are a host of hostels and pensions - everything from utilitarian shit boxes (don't tell the boss I said that) with not even a hook to hang your towel on to homely, cozy, couch-strewn oases of comfort."

Or, After the Bee, smoked pig ear, boiled peas, fried hot smoked flank and gherkins...a real hit in its native Lithuania!
As for dessert you may try the chocolates of the world. May I especially recommend the Olomouc Chocolate Pie or the Chocolate Fondue of Prague.
And finally to the drinks...Cheap winos of the world rejoice...we will gladly fill any large and empty drink bottle you can muster with the sweet nectar of the Hungarian cellars, for the princely sum of four dollars. For the more daring, you may test your capabilities with a drop or two of Absinth...we've seen the potent brew floor a camel! Of course, not all our drinks are alcoholic. We have a lovely selection of hot apple, pear and cranberry beverages available to quench your thirst.

Umm... can I please have a ummm heart attack on a plate that sounds just delightfully tantalising annnnnd a side order of pigs ears with the ahh chocolate fondue for dessert. Thanks! Oh and drink umm I'll take the hot pear beverage, sounds disgusting but intriguing. Something's a bit outta whack at those Hungarian Baths...seems to be an overload of bad looking men in budgie smugglers and a lack of women. Please explain.
