We're in Greece!

After an incredible trip and touring of Italy, we have now begun our JOURNEY into ancient Greece. Our overnight aboard the Speed Boat was really a mini-cruise ship, with all the amenieties. We all slept well, rocked by the mild Med. sea.
Today, we arrived in Athens after docking in Patras. A several hour bus ride later and we made it to the heart of Athens. Which, for the most part, looks like any major, big city (including a bit of trash and pollution). Perhaps a small difference, is the Acropolis in the background! Looks incredible from here! Can't wait to tour it! Tommorow we will have some free time and in the afternoon we begin a city tour.
Our final leg of our trip.....
We'll all be home in just a few days. Look forward to seeing all of you soon.
