London - Athens

Both our flights were delayed today but only by a little bit. The weather was forecasted to be about 36 degrees today but I never saw a thermometer. It was hot though, very hot. After arriving and lining up to file a claim for some stuff that fell out of my bag on the plane we took the bus and then the metro to downtown Athens. Our hostel is a short walk from the metro station, only a couple blocks. It is a very nice hostel, nice staff and airconditioned. Everyone smokes here, everywhere, and you can drive your scooter anywhere too it seems. After roaming around and stuffing myself with souvlaki we went to sleep.
