Friday after school, Havier's host family came to pick me up at the house and we all left for Münster. I got to sit in the middle being the shortest yahoo. The car was small and we where pretty much stuck in back Simon (or Timon) Havier#s host brother, myself and him where in the back seat with the parents in front. The ride was long and it felt like 5 hours. When we got out of town and onto the highway several mintues later we found ourselves caught in forever ending traffic jam. This only added discomfort to the ride up. both Havier and Simon would fall asleep on and off so I could hardly move or do anything at all being in the middle it was pretty bad especialy that the sun was hitting on us really hard and it was really warm too. After a long waith in the traffic jam Simon's father decided it be best to leave the highway at the next exit. We got on smaller roads and entered through towns so it took more time but at least we where moving that was the main concern. Once we reached Münster it was all worth
it. First we went to park the car it was around 6:30 probably. So we did a little sight seeing with Havier's host parents as a guides walking around the streets of the old city was really nice there is a tranquility in this town which makes the mood really relaxing. MÜnster is the town which ther are the most Bicycles in Germany.
For Havier and I it was our first trip out of town so we where really excited both of us had brought their camera's and when we were released out of the car we had been sitting in for the longest time we both when crazy taking pictures of everything and anything snap snap it was just so beautiful everywhere we looked something bigger, nicer, more unusal then what we#d have ever seen in are lives. We passed by the old Rathaus The town hall of Münster which was been majorly distroyed during World war 2 and restored to it's original design of late gothic Arkitecture (???). Then We visited the Lambertikirche. The serainity what lives in this church is incredible. They're is so much work put into the sculptures of this church is was amazing to
see and what impressed me most are the windows. thw work put in those with the motifs and colors are gorgeous. Mass was taking place inside the church so we didn#t stay there too long but its breathe taking.
We then walked over to the St paulus Dom which is right beside almost. This Dom dates back from 1225-1265 in a late romanesque style. From the outside for as much as it is beautiful maybe not the most imposing when you walk in there is a huge entrence itself about the size of a little chapel. Once you open the huge wooden doors a big sculpture of a man about 3 stories high catches your eye. It is impressing to see. The dom is lovely inside the representations of Jesus before he dies on the cross with warriors and battles taking place seem so really and the quality of the work is their and so could resemble the event which took place that day it's unexplainable.
After this We where off to souper in a lovely little resturant about 56 years old but in an old building the table where the 5 of us where sitting was tiny.

Havier's host dad To my standards I would have called it a table for 3 at the most. But the lunch was great. My first souper which I truely could injoy the delicacy's Germany as to offer it was very good. Or maybe because I was hungry too made it better. We where expected at the Cactus junges theater by 8:40 I believe it was. And are food only arrived around 8:20 So the bunch of us ate really fast and left quickly to be on time at the theather. Havier's host mom's sister was part of the production and She worked with Woopi in San Fransico years ago. How cool is that 😊 The play was really interesting and the best part was I understood some of it because it took place in 4 of 5 languages. But alot of it was French this play Cakked Ein Kleid, das Passt was put in production with some women from Congo and had african music drums dances and language was very good. It was very cultural and common to what africa is possibly like. After the play we stayed a while to be able to talk with The mom#s sister since she is one

Fruit markets of the lady#s incharge of the production. And She told us that it#s to introduce cultural tolerance and This theater Makes production#s with the white and black society mixed together in an interesting way.
The long Trip home was actually not so bad I got to be in the middle again and was falling asleep also the whole way back but it was okay. The dad made sure we got home soon and I got to expirence the Germany Highway. It was funny' Havieres host mom was freaking out beside and the boys both fell asleep. I had a real great time with them and that family is so nice the father makes jokes and laughs. They Where really friendly and inviting with me it was great fun I felt really welcome.
