Heres photos of our stay in the Loire Valley. We visited Chenonceau, Cherverny and the Clos Luce (Leonardo de Vincis final home).
We stayed in an amazing Chateau called Chateau Des Ormeau in the Nazelles Negron area close to Amboise. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Loved the Chateaus, just amazing ... Sorry will have to get back to you on these photos, my battery on the camera has died mid stream ...

Leonardo da Vinci was given this home to spend the rest of his days creating his amazing inventions and drawings, by King Francois I who lived nearby in the Amboise Chateau and used to visit him via a connected tunnel to listen to him speak. Francois I was only in his 20's but really appreciated learning from da Vinci.

The park housed models of all his amazing inventions such as the first automobile, armoured tank, paddleboats, machine guns, propeller powered boats and many more. Amazing man ahead of himself by about 500 years.
