paul on a danish beachWell, I know it's only been a few days but thought I would add something seeing as though we have free access to the net here in Herning.
We've just spent a lovely day with our friends Steen, Rikke and their georgous little girl Mikkeline. Steen is the son of the couple we are staying with. They put on a fantastic danish spread for lunch. Then we all took a walk through some woods and up one of Denmark's largest hills! I think it was all of 100m. Sat near the top and had a mini picnic. Obviously we needed nourishment, it had only been about an hour since we'd finished lunch. The countryside here is so lovely at the moment, so green and lush.
Yesterday we went for a drive up the wild west coast of Jutland. Lots of fields and farms, very pretty.
We have also been invited to go and stay with an old friend of mine in Sweden which will be great. Haven't seen her in years. So our plans have changed a bit. We'll catch a ferry to sweden on Monday and stay with Camilla in Goteborg, then head down the coast and get a ferry

some little fisherman's huts back to denmark.
We are definitley going to miss being looked after here at the Hansen's though. Top class accomodation!

Just because you're on the road, it doesn't mean you don't have to look after your appearance, you know!
