Prague
Waiting to catch plane at Heathrow airportWe left Friday nite (trying to get to heathrow was in itself a nightmare coz half the tubes werent running due to the london bombings) but after an hour and half finally made it and met up with the rest of the gang . Anyway checked in our luggage and went off to find a coffee shop.. flight was slightly delayed and we were flying to Frankfurt and then on to Prague... Unbeknown to us our ticket was in German time (an hour ahead) which meant when we arrived in Frankfurt our connecting flight was leaving in 10min - boy did we run through the airport (all our dreams of eating frankfurters went out the window). Managed to catch the flight and arrived in Prague at midnight. Once in Prague we realise that some of our luggage was not on the conveyer belt and the ground crew inform us the luggage didnt make it on the plane from Frankfurt to Prague (due to the quick change over) Great midnight in Prague no Luggage!!!! So some of us had to sleep in our work clothes from Friday and hope like crazy the airport delievered it to our hostel. It did evenutally arrive

Walking towards the old town center at 12 noon on Saturday!!
Spent the afternoon on Saturday walking Prague - sighseeing, shopping (everthing was so cheap), eating (boy the food is good!), drinking (well not too much:-). Sunday we had until 3 before we needed to be back at the airport. Once again the flight was delayed but this time it was delayed for 2 and half hours, which meant we missed our connecting flight completely. When we arrived in Frankfurt it didnt look good about getting onto a flight, but they managed to squeeze us all in on a much later flight.. so instead of arriving home at 9 we got in at midnight!!
Besides all the flight dramas it was a great trip:-) Prague is truly an amazing city
