The Lennon Wall
Prague - Czech Republic Some Prague lovin'!
I love those days where you just plod around and take it all in, not stressing about trying to see and do everything... but you end up seeing everything and more!
My favourite part of today was definitely visiting the Lennon Wall! The artistry was brilliant and the meaning of it so purposeful. It's its own little peaceful protest against communist rule.
We spent the rest of the day checking out the usual sights, having coffees, taking random photographs and climbing bell towers. Our hostel is epic! It's called the Mosaic Hotel and has one of those showers that falls on you from the roof and has a powerful had held shower head as well. Great after a day out in the brisk chilly air of Czech Republic.
We're just about to head out to dinner with a few others from our tour group, hopefully to try out some yummy sausage and have another Pilsner. Had goulash last night and some strudel, tried out Prague's famous absinthe and had a stein of beer.
So that's Prague done and dusted, definitely one to come back to in Summer!
TOMORROW, BERLIN!!!! xx Lex
