Canada day treat.
Sunday morning in Trogir is a noisy affair. We disembarked from Zoe on Saturday and relocated to a top-floor apartment in the heart of the old town of Trogir surrounded be at least 4 churches, a cathedral, and a monesrary. The bell towers were competing to attract customers starting at 5:30 repeating the call All day. We finally went down for breakfast at 10.

Yesterday we celebrated Canada's 150th birthday with a slice of cake for breakfast sitting at a skinny table in an alleyway between buildings that were built in the 15th century. The uneven cobble stones, we were told, were original. We spent the afternoon today walking through the roman ruins of Salona, founded over 2000 years ago, that became the capital of the Roman Province of Dalmatia. It put Canada's birthday into perspective.
