On my way no thanks to Easyjet, 8 hours and 50 pounds lighter (money not weight), who said cheap travel was cheap ? The 6K calories I consumed at the airport are going to take a bit of shifting (as well as the other 3 stone). Talking of easy, the Easy hotel in Luton is quite simply the worst Hotel in the world. So, Wizzair was not bad to Dubrovnik, not their fault it's toasting here, 33 yesterday and 37 today, to be honest just a bit too hot, I have to wait for the sun to go down to walk home as the B@B is up a mountain (slight exageration but quite high anyway). Yesterday took a detour past the Dubrovnik (Belfast ?) Celtic supporters Club to see if there was anyone I could wind up. Unfortunately there was no-one there who could speak English, much in common with every other Celtic supporters club in the world :-). Only 2 days in Croatia and I have already appeared on the National news. Some French nuts are travelling Europe in 9 CV2's promoting something or other when I managed to get in the way of the TV cameras. Boy I look fat on camera, just shows how much the camera lies. Breaking news!!!! Hillend are playing against the first XI in the McDougall Trophy. Oh well that makes for an early trophy engraving. On second thoughts, when did the firsts last win a game. Please keep your camera appearances to ones that don't have a number at the bottom.
