While staying in Brussels, Grace and I did a day trip to Ghent. Very similar to Burges only less touristy.

The 'Great Meat Hall' was originally a butchers market. Now it a museum and cafe specializing in Flemish food. The mustard we had with lunch was some of the best ever!
