I was hiking down from the volcano the next day, only made it to the base, and this big group of kids told me to stop and take a picture.

We ended up playing games for a few hours--first a rough soccer game, where the girl on the right skinned both her knees! But these girls were tough, didn´t usually cry. They were knocking eachother down it wasn´t me! I was playing easy, but still tired from my big hike the day before.

El Chino

They called him El Chino, and he knew some karate...it´s funny how they just called him chino, I don´t think it was very politically correct. And they gave him trouble sometimes just for being different. But I made sure he got to play with us. After soccer, we played a kind of monkey in the middle, then dodge ball.

san pedo is across the lake. Literally translated, it means, Saint Fart. But it´s relly called San Pedro. These two volcanoes I call san pedo, and with these clouds, you can see why. Whew!
