As I'm now a few days from leaving Guatemala for Honduras, I thought I'd give an update and a few pictures - the scenery has been amazing, much more so than I expected. Fantastic pictures Will. It brings it all back to me. I loved Antigua. Tikal is amazing too. Someone said to me that the trick to going up all these steep steps at ruins is not to walk in a straight line up, walk on the diagonal, apparently it's easier on the legs. I think they were telling the truth, or maybe I was just having a lighter hair moment!
