Party time on the Pacific Coast

Well, the next part of the adventure began when I changed hotels in the capital San Salvador and moved to a backpackers hostel closer to bars and stuff. In the morning the people from the other day were going to the beach with two americans from Boice in Idaho and a bunch of salvaduranos to party at the beach for two days.....sounds great so instead of checking in at the hostel that morning I was off in the back of a pick up truck with the bags along with us for food and drink supplies and our rucksacks of course.......two hours in the back of an american dodge or dodgy truck towards the frontera with guatemala in western salvador to carry on the christmas celebrations.

I partied and drank vodka for a couple of days before returning to the capital in the back of a truck with the americans. A great time was had by all and the only unfortunate incident involved me running away from the wild dogs on part of this wild and untethered part of the coast as they chased me as I came out of the sea. the result was two deep cuts on the back of my calf and on the bottom of my ankle.....first accident on my travels so far.

Spent the evening on Boxing Day letting off fireworks on the beach and having some food on the beach and generally realxing and getting away from the smog and pollution of the capial city.

all of the time in belize and mexico you get great weather but never get to see the sun set but here on the pacific side it is much better for sun set but not as hot as the carribean coast i think

colombian hottie & ximena the warrior princess in yellow who is the rich daughter of the guest house we were going to stay in San SAlvador. i say rich cos they are all studying overseas in the US at universities and have their own cars over here

Barra de Santiago.It's just the paradise
I used to visit barra de Santiago an Garita Palmera in Ahuachapan department El Salvador, Central America, 25 years ago. I believe I was in the paradise.
