Marina Pez Vela and Runaway Grille

A great place for a nice meal and great sunsets is the Runaway Grille at Marina Pez Vela. It is always interesting to us to sit and watch the boats coming in and out of the marina. There are sunset cruises that depart from this marina as well.

On weekends the marina puts up a large inflatable screen and shows movies for entertainment that is greatly enjoyed by the locals. In years past, they televised the Super Bowl. The night we were there they were having a celebration of the Billfish Tournament that had just taken place and they were showing the various boats and their catches.

Another nice feature if you eat at the Runaway Grille, they have a transport that will take you back to your hotel. You have to ask for a ticket for this and wait out front for the next transport to arrive.
