So it begins...

Well I have made it...right now it is 6:45 in the morning (why did I get up so early...i think I might have to invest in a watch...although, you all know I couldn't sleep in anyway). I am at a hostel in San Pedro (San Jose) Costa Rica. So I only have one thing to report so far. While sitting at Dullus airport I ment an older group of people (in there 40's) who are all rafters and kayakers (bye the way....I'm screwed without a spell checker). So I made friends, and end up getting invited to meet them in some town called Turrialba for some white water rafting..aparently on of the guys has some room on his raft (which he actually brought as luggage). I am definitely going to try to met up with them (free rafting sounds good to me). It is pretty encouraging to have something like that happen even before hopping on my first plane. With that said, I will add this. I have no idea how all everyone in the group met (about 10 people) they are all in there 40's, they area all extremely friendly, and I don't think even one of them had a wedding ring on (which is what makes me curuios). Well, I'm sure I'll find out.

I hope everyone is doing well. I'm really pumped that the adventure is begining...get ready for some good stories =)

I'm gonna have to go with Jason on this one.... Dirty Bird all the way. Sounds a bit fishy about those kayakers though, I think I saw this plot in a horror movie once..... or was that a porn? haha j/k have fun man.
