I was born in the SF bay area of California and lived there for a great part of my life. In 1993 I moved to El Salvador where I have been working in rural development. I now am the field director for Palo Alto Friends Meeting "El Salvador Projects" where through educational programs we are providing new oportunities to students from some of the poorest areas of rural El Salvador. I live in the touristic colonial town of Suchitoto and for the last five years have become involved in tourism not only here in Suchitoto but more recently in all of El Salvador.
