Oh wow! This is where I worked! Great to see more pictures of the animals. The white lions are not albino by the way. The white fur and blue eyes is caused by a recessive gene much like king cheetahs or black leopards. Nice snaps! :D
So? How DO those caged African lions differ from their caged counterparts in Australia? Loving the entries, Peta-shi! Adam and Randall are in town. We had them over for dinner last night and reminisced about the good ole days in Korea. Lots of Peter stories to tell-miss you, mate!

Keep the stories coming!
PS getting hitched July 30th. Any way you could swing up here? Ottawa has caged lions too and they are far more interesting.

Nice writing Hi Peter, I was surfing around on travelblog looking for information on Tonga when I stumbled onto your blogs. Great photos and I enjoyed your writing. I have recommended your blog. That for sharing your fishing stories. I would love to go to Tonga and see the whales.
Keep writing about your adventures.
Thank you ! Dear Peter, thank you very much for your detailed report about Bangkok! The fight for democracy is endless and even in western countries like in Europe you always have to whatch out for it all the time. Never take democracy for granted.
Walter
thanks best explanation I have seen yet--thanks for that--the news is so one sided--and as in any demonstration it is always the few mean hearted radicals that mess up everything for the peaceful ones-Thailand has always been close to my heart and I knew it was still a wonderful place
Excellent Peter! A very interesting and honest blog! I can not agree more with you on your views, but things happen very differently there as they do here in Vietnam where I live, democracey is a privallage to us and we sometimes take it for granted! We are very lucky! As for the Red Shirts it is a battle never to be won,but now it is on the so called international stage(big deal!) ...Nothing will over come the millitray might in these countries, opions and views get squashed like ants here and only the strong survive!....Very unfortunate! Different world all together!...great read, Thanks, Dean
thanks for the photos I have been wanting to see first hand what its like over there. Thanks for the photos. Bangkok really is a must see and the people are usually so friendly. This is not a good situation going on. Safe travels!
