Well I've finally uploaded some photos and I'm really tired of this internet cafe. I've been in Hoi Yan about two days and I have decided to stay a few more before I move on to Ho Chi Minh/Saigon and the Mekong Delta before heading to Thailand for the New Year. The town is a little bit south of Da Nang and very tranquil feel. Hoi Yan has had a history of Chinese and Japanese settlements ver the last several hundred years with some of the buildings still intact. There is still a large portion of the population that are Chinese. The town also has a reputation for some unique cuisine, tailors, shoemakers, and a nearby beach.
