Getting to Catania

I left Vernon on August 1, 2012 after a send-off breakfast by some great friends. I then drove to Vancouver, picked up my passport from the Italian Consulate, then drove to Duncan on Vancouver Island. Only a few days passed before heading back to Vancouver for my brother's wedding on August 6th, back to Duncan for a couple of days and then back to Vancouver to fly to Europe. I left Vancouver (and Canada) on August 9, 2012 arriving first in London (Gatwick) Airport and then on to Catania.
