we went to the beach today and this museum on columbus and his ships. my understanding of the people is still slow, but now I look forward to hearing the next slurry lispy word. I love it. I will come back and none of the guys at work will understand me. For breakfast, we just grabbed these fat short baguettes and i had jam on mine. They were freshly delivered. I was a teary mess at the beginning, but today was amazing. This city is like Italy,but in Spanish!!! Everything is beautiful, the food is better than I expected, and I have made friends! Here are some pics for now... we are going to the beach tomorrow. I am still getting settled, but in the dorms.
