Wow! Hey Jessie,
Great pictures - what a cool adventure! If you can, can you please post how to get in touch with you again. I know you posted how to call way back when but I lost my little sheet of paper with the info. I'd love to call you and hear about it all first hand. Take care and hope to talk to you soon.

Wow!!! Hi Jessie!
So glad to get this new blog. What terrific pictures you got!
I am sure it was difficult to leave your family in the US, but you are back with your family in Namibia, once again. The rest of this year will pass by so quickly, enjoy it to the fullest!
Alyssa just got a Fulbright scholarship and is going to Peru for the month of July! Our wonderful daughters and their achievements. You make us so proud!
Miss you and hope to hear from you again soon.
Love, Michelle

Wow! That was a goodie. But I feel your pain at having to leave before it was necessary, and then the added insult of your flight being canceled. Oh, well, it'll make great bedtime stories for your children. This really does sound like the adventure of a lifetime, so keep on keeping on and keep the good words coming. Love, Judy Fern
amazing! Thats great to hear that there were two seders in namibia, i was in Windhoek as well, and I made a seder by the shul. The first night we had 50 people, the second night about 15. I't would've been nice to meet you, and I happen to be from Palm Springs, not to far from you.
Victoria Falls Hi Jess - We are studying the continents in my classroom and today we read books about Africa and I told my students you were there and they thought it was so cool that I knew someone in Africa. We were reading and looking at pictures of Victoria Falls today so you will have to let me know how it is so I can tell my kids. It looks amazing! Enjoy - you deserve it! Love, Mag
Hi! Have a very safe and fun trip to Victoria Falls and back home! I know you'll be busy when you back to the states...but if you can, call me!!! xoxoxo
Underwear? Presumably that's the closest thing they have to a 'Miss America' Type bathing suit. Hey, whatever works.
Double funeral: my son, Gary, was 1/2 of a double Bar Mitzvah. Does that count?
Wonder how you'll feel coming home and then going back. That should be interesting. I don't doubt you'll go back, but I wonder how you'll feel about it. A note on that would be good. Keep on keeping on. L, J
marking my planner hi jess... i will be marking my planner for when you come in... i'd love to see you... but i have no clue how to get in touch with you? ahhhh... i'll "email" your old email address and hopefully we can get in touch! congrats on being an aunt... again! xoxo
wow Hi Jessi, Just wanted to thank you for all the updates on what you are doing. I love reading about all you experiences and loved seeing all those pictures. Hope to see you in Phili Keep up the good work
Your wedding observations Wow, what an interesting way to live life: just get it on with whomever, make a baby, and then live happily ever after. What's wrong with this picture [to these American eyes]? Who pays for the out-of-wedlock baby? The bio=dad or the married dad? Too early in the mroning to opine -- I'll just take it for what it's worth..... and continue to wonder at the ways of the world.
Sorry we'll just miss each other in PHL -- I get there on 5/17 -- but keep these coming. I'm having the best time on your trip. L, J
Wow you can add international sedar dinner attendent on your resume. Remember we went to one in Hong Kong too! I am always happy to read your blogs! Over here in PA I am on spring break right now, I 've been trying to train my new puppy, it's going to be a long process.
Wow! Hi Jess! I was thinking about you this weekend as I was in Boston with my brother and his Delta Sig friends...memories:-) I just caught up on your last two entries and I am speechless! All I can say is that this experience is amazing, the world is amazing and most of all you are amazing!!! xoxo
Seder in Africa?? OK, so you had an eclectic Seder. We had the same old, same old with fewer noisemakers than usual -- but I was there to keep the volume going. I had just gotten home from 2 weeks of nursing in Vietnam, so between your adventure and mine, there was a lot of third world chatter. Everyone is so proud of you, as am I.
Your bod might not have been there, but your spirit -- and your sister -- was. Keep on keeping on. Love, Judy
PS: I'm sure your Nelson Mandela didn't do stunts, so I'm going to paste a copy of my poem into another one of these, for your reading pleasure. It's just about me [yawn] but you have the right to have your eyes glaze over, too. L, J
Hi Jessi! Just wanted to say hi and to let you know that I am LOVING your blog entries. I am on spring break from law school and finally had time to read through all of your entries this week. What a different world! Keep up the amazing work! Miss you in San Diego!
