Day starts with a tour of the famous Orchard Road (like Rodeo Drive in 1962) and breakfast at 'Food Republic' food court. My choice was a bowl of noodles with 346 types of tofu - for the bargain basement price of $4.90. Not much to do in Singapore, so we head to the Singapore Museum, and learn about the history of Singapore. As an overview - lots of different cultures live there and a lot of people invaded. We arrive at our friend's Ben and Tammy's house - and straight away we head off for lychee martini cocktails (about $20 each!). Next stop on our Singaporean pub crawl - some Sing-Darling Harbour rip off where we drink at a bar called 'Clinic' where you sat in wheel chairs and drink shots through syringes. For dinner (3am) we head to Newton Circus for stingray and king prawns! For breakfast (several hours later) we head to the Malaysian part of town - at a place called "Killiney Kopitam".
