Day starts with a tour of the famous Orchard Road (like Rodeo Drive in 1962) and breakfast at 'Food Republic' food court. My choice was a bowl of noodles with 346 types of tofu - for the bargain basement price of $4.90. Not much to do in Singapore, so we head to the Singapore Museum, and learn about the history of Singapore. As an overview - lots of different cultures live there and a lot of people invaded. Check the giant chilli if you go there. Then do the great Sing tradition of drinking Singapore Slings at Raffles and throw peanuts on the floor. Try and go at happy hour. We didn't - and the three drinks cost us $Sing 77!! Buffallo Wings and beer for Tim at the Brewekz Brewery for afternoon tea. 7pm -
