the ram lamb turns Poodle... Not only it seems on "mass" is prevalent, but the need for absolute perfection.
Have you found this to be the case as you travel through this beautifully colourful country that holds on to the many magical traditions of yesteryear?
on mass Whether it be leading the way in Technology or Tai chi...they have it and perform so well always on mass ... we are just catching up, grasping the concept, the modern term FLASH or Mob Dancing for instance. Ancient traditions Modernised. How do you think they feel? China holds so many secrets ...Thank you for sharing your thoughts and travels with us all. I know I've said it before but you are such an inspiration! I was lying in bed this morning at 6.30am contemplating my morning run and checked my emails then after reading this I jumped outta bed with a big smile on my face and enthused to hit the road. Mum's has started with a PT and is training 1hr a day, 5x a week. She even leaves work to do it - can you imagine?? She has been wanting to get serious about her fitness for ages and I think quietly you have got here going - she is even talking about meeting you in SA next year!!! Wahoo!

Legend! Bo, you are a legend. It was a pleasure having you at the Gobi March - you were not only \"fastest old man\" but also nearly in the top half of all competitors. An impressive result.
Awesome stuff! Wow we are all SO proud of you! You are an inspiration!!! Ry & I were just looking the 4Deserts website and stumbled across the FAQ question "who typically competes in the Gobi March" - and the answer is.. "The typical competitor is a high achiever - someone who believes in maximizing every opportunity in life." That is YOU! Fantastic - we are all buzzing for you! Angie, Ryan, kids, Jo & Ian xxxx

Everyone behind you Just thought I would let you know Julie Hokianga rang tonight and her and Turoa are following you and she even pointed out your in the photo gallery in stage 4 on 4desert website. Many others have emailed me including Hannah Morrah, Anthony Tipene, Piri Galbraith, and Marina is spreading the word on her email list so you are being watched (and loved by your home home). Abit unfortunate photo caption states "Bowen Mclean from Australia"! Make us all proud...

when the going gets tough the tough get going there are no obstacles in life you have the courage not to be defeated have patience in these difficult times and the secret to life is to fall seven times and to get up eight times.Oscar Wilde once said each man kills the thing he loves your goal is only a step away you are worthy of this achievement and you have fought so hard and after you will understand why you are here on this earth we all love you joey & whanau
Looking up! Oh thank goodness you sound a lot happier now and getting along, just saying what others are also going through sounds just awfull actually, I take my hat off to you all (silly buggers!) Good luck for the 85ks, keep shuffling my friend.
Tough with a twist Thank you for sharing your Extraordinary highs and the Excruciating lows of your journey. It all equals Brave Gutsy and full of great Determination to succeed, on Yes a mission tinged with A hint of slight madness. Take this Desert to task and Grab that shadow Daddy Long Legs.
Hang in there Bo Remember one step at a time no matter how slow! Don't let the mind stuff the body! Feeling for you each step of the way. Hoppe tomorrow brings ahealth state. Love the Cooks
