Himalayas
What a shame about the low cloud! A similar thing happened to me in Hawaii - drove for hours for a spectacular sunset which did not occur. Still, it sounds like a great trip. Xx

Darjeeling
The roads appear a bit scary, hair-pin bends and very steep. Pity about the sunrise and the Himalayas mist. (feeling good!)

India trip
Glad to hear this next trip is going so well. We enjoyed the blog and the photos, particularly the flower market which looks amazing. Weird to see a picture of a totally English cathedral in the midst of everything. Good luck with the next leg of the trip. I'm looking forward to hearing about the Himalayas ! Xx

Wanderings in India - 9 - Kolkata
Once again very good array of photographs, especially the "Flower Market" I like the huge coil of Marigolds. What a choice of transport, Buses, Tuk-tuks, and the huge number of Rickshaws (any size or shape)

Cambodia 2
Sounds such an interesting trip if not perhaps a bundle of laughs. The prisons and the trip to the killing fields sounded really grim, but as you sAt, you couldn't not do it. And I didn't like the sound of the deep fried tarantulas although we do keep reading that insects are the way to go and will solve world hunger! I liked the photos, particularly the market ones and well done with the cycle, Peter! All well here and it has been a beautiful day today! X

Cambodia
Looks so interesting and I like the idea of the floating luxury tents. Stylish! Great photos. Gives a good idea of what it is all like. I liked the idea of all the seafood. Sounds yummy. X

Food looks and sounds fantastic. Will have to seek out Vietnamese restaurants in West Yorkshire! Description of crossing no-man's land is worthy of Paul Theroux.
