Your trip Good luck, Wendy, on your great educational adventure. I'll be watching for news on your blog. I'll check the towns on my Britannia map and then try Google. Very best wishes for 2013, George
Wendy the BEAUTIFUL! So interesting to read your blog! You are so adventurous! Do you know what your address will be so I can send you a New Year's card? Have more fun!
Hello my Friend. How great to hear from you thank goodness for the technology we have today. Last weekend went up to the ski house that Simon has with another couple in Madison NH they are renting it till April. All very nice 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and plenty of room. Simon put Cameron on skis and she went up on the ski lift!!!!
Going to watch Mia play indoor soccer this afternoon and then back to Tracy and Chris for the evening.
Tomorrow having brunch with Terry and Bob. Bob is doing fine and is in good health.
Well we still have plenty on snow but it has turned milder.

Happy New Year You do get around! And gazelles besides!!
Yours is a beautiful story, taken all together. And I wish you all the joy of a brave heart -- meantime, get some rest and keep us posted.
You are there! Hi Wendy,
It is so exciting to know that you are actually there in Namibia! We are all thinking about you and hoping that your adventure is going well. I'm so glad you set up a blog! Take care, Wendy! Jeanne
Happy New Year Usually you drag into the New Year 4 hours later, but this time it was 6 hours (?) earlier! Any comment on getting your luggage plane to room?
and the long flight -- And the gazelles.
Just wanted to add my commiserations for your enduring your flight. Hope it was smooth and you had someone interesting sitting next to you, who spoke Eng. or Russ. (I flew to Copenhagen once w/ Japanese who sat comfortably on their feet. 10 hrs of no way to visit w/ them, except their showing me how the tray tables opened up from the seat arms.
Gazelles! How very neat, and you've just gotten there. :-))) Delynne
So glad to hear from you!! I was just thinking, as I opened your post, how it's already 1/1 for you. Can't get the "read more" part. It says it's been moved, but to where?!
So if they're orphans from all over the country, maybe *they* don't have a language in common (except Eng.) either?! Hope your students are smart and motivated -- sure sounds so.
40° here. Otherwise, nothing unusual. How accessible is the internet for you?
