Hi You should have arrived in Phuket by now and hopefully you are loving the Merlin Beach Resort. Milky Bay looks like absolute paradise - how lucky are you guys, although that boat trip sounded terrifying! Love the pics you are taking, they are fantastic - what sort of camera do you have? I'm pretty sure you are supposed to be going to the rehab centre with Richard so hopefully you can get the rest of us some current info on what's going on with visits there. Have a fantastic time at the BBQ on Friday and remember you have to do it all again the following Friday! See you then. Lesley (6 sleeps till we leave) xxxx

Make sure you dont loose him to a thai-babe and bring him back for aunty amy! Hi Marita and Trent, this place looks like a great place to visit. So clean looking. The photo's are just fantastic as are all the photo's you've been taking. Don't give up on the snorkelling, it's great fun once you master the breathing. Hi there, i am a trip adviser reader and supporter and so have watched your planning and now picked up your blog , absolute fab my friend , we are doing almost the same as you but longer in CM and a direct flight to Phuket hold it!! i know , the old budget but I'm an oldie and so is my old man so sorry can't do all the roughing , know what you mean about the toilets !! ever tried a footpad in France ????? you will be back in Aus before we leave France Jan 15th but I'm watchIng every move stay safe and enjoy the BBq with Richard and the gang , we do the same up that pole my friend !!!! m

I love the look of your new home But being your Mum I must say Keep OUTof the Sun for a while or at least coverup!!!!I am enjoying your adventures I really feel like I am there with you. Hi Reet, I'm from the TripAdvisor forum. :-) Your blogs are great and fun to read. Glad you had a 'smooth' trip down to the beaches. They look stunning! We're not doing the beaches this time as we've done the whole beach thing in Malaysia and the Pacific Islands. But now I'm seriously thinking we should have! LOL! Ohwell... 13 more sleeps until I get to Bangkok. :-) Have a great time! PS. Glad that 1-2-Go wasn't too terrible! PSS. I think we confirmed Tong as our guide for River Kwai on December 28. YES! lol...
