Little Green things are......... Lol, ok ok, they are tea seeds. Yes, those little green things are, in fact, the begining of big green things whose leaves give us the lovely black liquid that allows us to start our days.
Hi Carlie,
Your article was not little little funny, but but big big funny! You make me to laugh very very much. On a serious note I was oblivious to the fact that we smell like sour milk. lol
What? Carlie you are a seriously talented writer. What is this rust business? Stop being so modest gosh darnit you have an amazing ability to share your experiences in an enlightening way. Sarah does too. You two are the dynamic duo of blogging.
Hi Carlie. No suspense in Surrey. I know you will have a wonderful time in Malaysia!!! Looking forward to your next blog. Brian and Kim are back from Mexico. They had a good time but wished their stay was longer. Janice and Patrick left early this morning for Mexico. Janice excited? You bet.
Grandma and Grandpa's 60th wedding anniversary party was a success. Was my first time meeting Bell, and she is a sweetie.
Take care. Love A. Karen
Great blog ... ... knowing my knowledge of science and nature I won't even guess at fruit/veggie looking thing. Maria looks sweet as does the fearsome Sarah behind the wheel of a rickshaw - all sounds wonderful. Keep well and safe.
good try No, it's not persimmon and I am not sure if it grows here. A lot of things do though, so maybe. But keep trying, it is all about the effort!

Decided to take a wild guess re little green things. Could they be persimmon at a very early stage of growth? Okay, okay don't laugh too hard! At least I tried.:)
What a wonderful read!!!!! Pictures are great and I like the fact that they can be viewed while reading your blog. Had a chuckle over your "shaken not stirred" comment. The elephant is a cutie and how lucky are you to have been able to ride it. I have no idea what those little green things are. I am sure someone out there knows. Take care.
pop quiz again Ha! Is it Jackfruit (Artocarpus heteropyllus) also called Jaca or Nangka and related to breadfruit? I bet you took the pic on the isolated Silence Island. xo J
My mind is Blogged Thanks Sarah and Carlie for this mystery tour. It's way better than
someone's slideshow after they get home. Your generation has really
got it right. So much of what I'm hearing is sticking like bubblegum
on my psyche especially at red lights. xoxo Sue
Congratualtions! You are the winner! You guessed the correct fruit, good job. Though I am guessing, by your response, that you have never actually tried Jackfruit?!
Close, very close Well, you came very close, it is, infact, the outer shell of a type of fruit. The question is which fruit? Hint: itis the national fruite of Bangladesh.
pop quiz Well... It has the texture of a bitter gourd (Karela or Momordica charantia) but it looks much bigger than that. Perhaps it is a Bread-fruit (Artocarpus altilis)? Lovely image. I appreciate your new illustrated blog format. xox J
Hi Gram.... Poor burnt porridge! I'm glad you like the blogs, it is so good to hear that people are reading them, it makes us more excited about putting them up. As to the riddle, you are close with the idea that it is a fruite, but not banana's. Love you xoxo Sarah
Carlie and Sarah I am enjoying ever word you are writing. Often times I must read each
blog three or four times , to fully comprehend. Thanks for your thoughts.
Two in one! Amazing. Hey Sarah, what a lovely surprise to get words pouring out like a fountain today.
I think the answer to your riddle for the day is, the ends of unripe bananas, boxed ready to export.
I love the blogging of both of you, thank you for taking time out from your wonderful adventure, to let us share a little too.
Please continue, it's my fix for the day.
Thinking of you with love
Gram
