Winnebego No worries Todd, I just send the mrs in the back to make the coffee. Hows it going? Where are you nowadays? Still in South America? Have you departed ways with Nick yet?
Looky you two All looking great, that's a braw wee mini-van you have, all mod cons - woohoo. It is not uncommon in the UK for Jobless, homeless immigrants to take to traveling around in white campers, eating, sleeping where they can, bothering local people; etc. - I hope your families are proud of you? Disgraceful!
Naught, all looks fantastic, some great pictures - Robert, perhaps you should look for an agent and a book deal when you get back? Keep going with the prose, you bard!
Wends, you look amazingly fit, tanned, healthy and hap, hap, happy... I have been a wee bit worried about some of the dangers you seem to throw yourself into, e.g. bikes/hills - enuff said...B careful Chicken. Is that another drink? LoL
Take care for now
Cheers
James
nice van... just don´t do what the american guy did with his new $200,000 Winnabego...
He turned on the "autopilot" (cruise control) while driving down the highway, went into the back and made himself a sandwich.
After the inevietable crash he sued Winnabego for not specifing otherwise in the owners manual.
That is the reason why Winnebego stopped calling it the autopilot......
Looky Now Hia Nick
Were actually in Finland, done parts of Denmark and driven the length of Norway, almost in a mini - Mo so to speak(campervan). Blog pics and will be up to date soonest. How was the snowboarding in Baraloche???? When are you leaving South America, you'll get a passport soon if you stay any longer!
Wheres ur blog? Hey Carol, you seem to be doing more than us. You should be keeping a blogg! Not sure when we will be in SA as yet. Will keep you posted.
Good one.

Fab pics Great to see the pics - brings back memories of our trip there in 2002! We are just back from whale watching and walking in Plett and Tsitsikamma - friends flew back to the Uk last night. I'm off to Bots on Sat for 2 weeks, can't wait - Moremi, Delta, Savuti and Chobe! and then to France on 5th Sep for a certain rugby match!!(Not sure who I'll be supporting based on current England form, might be an honourary bok!). Even if the rugby isn't great we're looking forward to the vineyards!

The main purpose for this Blog is to keep in touch with our family, friends, and fellow travellers as we embark on our adventure of a lifetime for around 12 months...
The grand plan(well for now at least):
South America in April’07 for 3 months - Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru(including Machu Picchu) and Ecuador(including Galapagos and Amazon Jungle). Then back to London for a week to equip ourselves with a campervan for Europe. Starting in Scandinavia for around two months and then who knows from there? Hopefully enough desire and of course cash(and possibly ... full info
