wow! so beautiful! I like the sunrise. Wish i were there.
I'm heading back to Syd. A little sad this time. Coz all my family want me to stay in Beijing forever. I have had a tough time these days to choose whether stay or not. But i made the final decision to leave for Syd. Am i wrong? I don't know.
Miss you guys!
Hi Danny! I agree with your friends. That was a very good conclusion to your China Trip, very spot on I think. It's a wonderful country, not without problems and issues, but a fascinating journey nevertheless. I hope to one day travel all the provinces of China :) It'll be so great!
That's why I like your blog so much: beautiful language, professional pics and reasonable comments. I like the comment you gave to China. That's the true feeling from a "Lao Wai". It should be pubblished in our some native travel magzine. I'm so happy and so lucky to be a little part of it. You are right, there are still a lot more about China you should discover. Hope we could do that together someday. Your words made me proud of my country (sometimes feel shame about her). Being a Chinese, I will do better and show "Lao Wai" a wonderful, developed country.
Awesome ending *And the crowd applauses*...awesome way to end the China blog dude. Also, whats a beret? And if you run into Lena the elephant in Bangkok....please feed it sugar cane and say hello for me. Btw, l love the pics man...sometimes l wish there is more...hint hint.
hey, I just got back from Phuket last yesterday. I forgot how far people will go to rip tourists off. first day there, paid 400baht (~12AUD) for a pair of slippers (negotiated from 550baht). Later i found out i could have gotten it for 100baht. is it the same in China?
Ass-less Chaps!!!! OMG...you have to be kidding me!! Who the hell designed that. Must have been one lazy bugger. And l can't believe its actually popular. Thats kinda disturbing don't you think. I hope the dog seller was actually selling those dogs as pets and not food. And l hope those kids washing the dog aren't preparing it for dinner....arghhhhh. Anyway, l'm glad you guys are ok from the fireworks. I wonder how many people get injured from fireworks during the chinese new year. Bahahaha at "Pmua", your right Dan...how can they screw that up...C'MON. Anyway, again thanks for the entertainment. I must admit, ur blog can be a bit shocking at times but it's extremely entertaining to read. Looking forward to your next blog. Lots of love: Rani.
Loving the pictures and news of your travels Following you all on your trip is amazing. Wish I could have done something so exciting at your ages. Coming back to the US to work regular jobs will be a real bore after your travel experiences.

captivating Hey guys - I haven't chimed in to let you know how inspiring your trip is - and trust me after the year I had in '07, inspiration is something that I dearly need! Gosia and I are enjoying living vicariously through this and have started to envision our own major trip after I finish school in a few years. we look forward to seeing the rest of your trip and then hopefully catching up somewhere when you make it back to the US - Cheers, Daniel
Our lives are a compilation of the many experiences we have as we blaze our own unique trail through the continuum of time. These experiences define who we are, chisel our behaviours, and influence how we blend into the increasingly complex world around us. Our daily routines provide us with the comfort of stability, a known outcome, a rhythm to follow and a cage we grown to love and hate.
In the US, an intensely capital-driven society promotes a lifestyle of consumption and imbues in the masses a continued sense of deficiency unless we have the latest fashion worn ... full info

Dan-o, it looks like you have a ponytail in the "SandBlogger" pic - and it's making me giggle.
