Greece blog Agree Athens is uninspiring but you go there to see the Acropolis and the Nat. Arch. Museum really. Shame you didn't get down to Piraeus and out by day ferry to a couple of the close islands. Glad you liked your Greece tour If you've had done a 4 day one it would have included Meteora and saved all that time wasted getting there and disappointment at not seeing the monasteries properly. However a good blog - so glad you went there.
Look forward to Turkey next. Meanwhile trust that you're loving Spain.XX Mum&Dad

Barcelona Blog So lucky to be there at Merces festival time ! Glad you loved Park Guell and Gaudi's Casa Mila We were on tour and never got inside it.Only drove quickly past Casa Battlo in the t. bus ! However, sad you missed the night fountains to music May have had something to do with the strike? I'm amazed that you found Sagrada Familia a letdown We thought it was amazing. You certainly did Barcelona well. Our tour just gave us a taste on our around Spain/Portugal 16 days. Great Blog and photos.

Paris food Glad you enjoyed Le Perraudin and Cafe Constant; I can still remember the frogs' legs and prawns I had at the respective establishments and it is making me drool in an unsavoury fashion
Paris blog Loved to revisit Paris in your Blog We haven't been to La Defense area yet or the Rodin Museum. We also saw Rodin's Gates of Hell in Zurich there must be quite a few copies. Guess the one in the Musee D'Orsay is the original. We loved Musee D'Orsay but no rooms were closed when we were there and we like Impressionist/Post Impressionist painting. Monet's paintings were in L'Orangerie (Tuillerie Gardens) which was closed when we were there. I agree that Napoleon's tomb is impressive. We saw a copy of his original grave in Elba. Glad that you enjoyed your meals in Paris. Never heard of a milkshake fixing a grazed knee before ??. Love from us both.
Great photos Great photos as usual and admirable text. If you want to see irresponsible parenting come to the Central Coast where 5 year olds ride bikes on the road, no parent in sight
France NE region Another great Blog with lots of ideas for us when we visit France again next year Haven't seen this area yet.Look forward to your last one on Paris.
Honfleur Really glad that you posted these photos, as we went to this town on a road trip and I have since clean forgot what it was called, and have often wondered about it. It looked familiar in the photos, and comparing it to my photos the buildings all match up, so great to once again know the name!
