...Toto I don't think we are in Kansas anymore... Today was a long day on the road...as many of you witnessed as I was sending constant text/picture messages to you. With the time change in the Great Plains region we actually woke up at 6:30 eastern time which was 5:30 their time. We wanted to get on the road fairly early because we were unsure of the weather in the Rockie's. Well today was a busy busy busy day! We started the day off at the Saint Louis Arch. If you know my father you will know he doesn't like lines so even though we weren't planning on jetting off too early, as soon as he saw the whites of my eyes I was urged to get ready so we could "get on the road." Oh where oh where could she be...!!! Good question! We left a little later then we wanted to on Thursday because of family stuff and headed out, much to Rollie's dismay, during the morning commute with a plan to push as far as possible. My father, being his lovely kind self, made me drive the first leg after 4 hours of sleep. Ok ok ok he asked and I said yes but nothing is as boring to look at as the Garden State parkway (Howell am I wrong?). We drove through Connecticut, into New York, New Jersey and into Pennsylvania.
