Jackie here- The 16th dawns and the Waterboys await! Cork is a 3 hour drive (Gilligans Island anyone)! We will have time to drink and “get pretty” for the show. 7 ½ hours later we locate our lodgings and barely arrive for the show. Only we could pull off a stunt like this. Steve (Flint) here- Finally, the day has come. We head to LAX very early, no screwing this up. We get our tickets, eat at Daily Gril, and have pint or two in the airport bar. The plane trip is excrutiating, humans aren't meant to sit for such a long period of time. Prescription sleeping pills would have been nice.
