We arrived in Samara beach on March 4th. The town of Samara is a small beach town, located on the Pacific Coast. The town itself is pretty secluded, surrounded by only 2 dirt roads leading out of town, and one paved road leading back to San Jose. Our local residents include wild horses, a socialite dog scene, howler monkeys, iguanas, and lots of crazy scooters. The doggie scene includes many collared dogs that are free to roam; which includes daily races with cars (running after their owners driving to work) and frequent beach trips to play in the waves and with buddies. Quite cute! We plan on being in Samara for 1 to 2 months. The TEFL course is held here and lasts 4 weeks. We'll see where we end up when all is said and
