I attribute my love of travel to a one-way ticket to Buenos Aires that evolved into a two-month adventure around South America. Since then I have explored Vietnam by motorcycle, led medicinal tours in Ecuador and traveled to every corner of the Dominican Republic while serving as a Health Extension Volunteer for Peace Corps. After three years of experiencing the island’s rich culture and history, eating its soul-warming food and creating lifelong friendships with the incredibly warm and generous Dominicans, I decided to share the country I love with others by becoming a travel writer.
