Hippo Now Year 2006.
happy new year from NYC hey girls, great pictures, sarah, kim, and I missed you in the big apple, we've been having a great time, it even snowed on new years eve! I hope the partying was great in india, it looks like an amazing place. xoxo, meliss
I love you guys You both look beautiful and happier then ever. Thank you so much for sharing all these experiences with your friends and family.
I bet you could get a jobs being travel writers/photographers.
PS- I just got back from Vegas where I spent New Years with Pam. Crazy.
you gotta love for life Everyones right. The pics are amazing and the blog fantasic. Its always a thing of beauty to read this. Stay happy, health, and strong. Best Wishes.
p.s.Someone needs to alert travelblog people of an ultimate success story.
Well put, Chods. Stacy, I can't BELIVE I missed a call from India. Couldn't really understand the message but I knew it was you and it was so good to hear your voice. Thank you so much for the call, and if you ever get the chance again, I sure hope I won't miss it. Love you.
wow! first of all, like everyone else, love the pictures! also, my mom and dad just arrived here in Thailand and they said they've been following the blog of these two cali girls who tubed down the Mekong (which they will do too--in a boat)...and yes that was you two! Crazy small world wide web.
Its really not fair. The new year comes, and change is imminent.
As I return to America, to start the next chapter, good or bad, I still get to watch your ongoing episodes, and I laugh in amazement. That first picture of two hot, sexy, beautiful, worldly passengers reminds me of the Mona Lisa. The small smile from Stacy's mouth seems sneeze-like in that it borders on breaking out completely, breaking out into uncontrollable laughter due to your complete joy for life.
I feel it, I feel it. I want that shit too, and being back in Rainy CA makes me jealous of you two monkeys and happy for my own life at the same time. I got to do my "thang" recently, and I bet that made some people call me a monkey out of pure jealousy, too. Good jealousy though.
I wish you well in the New YeeHaw, cuz thats what it is. Its the chance to say, hey............
I'm gonna...........
Fuck yah.
Too much love, and I wanna come fuck around on the other side of the world with you two, sounds enlightening.
Sexy pants.
P.S. I'm sure you two know how FUCKING UNBELIEVABLE your eyes for photography are by now. It can't be the camera alone. Every single picture in this one is National Geography Quality (capital letters unnessecary, sorry) And my jaw hurts from all the jawdroppage.
Wow
mr. ray sherman Wow--is all I can say. I'm almost, almost persuaded that going to India wouldn't be the complete disaster I've always imagined (except for the obvious problems like wonderful children, beautiful sunsets (loved the finger-thingie) and exotic people and places). Really, what a wonderful blog--I feel as though I'm travelpliing with you guys.
gorgeous! wow these are some amazing pictures. what a beautiful country, beautiful people and beautiful travelers! im so glad you guys are doing so well, think about you all the time. have a wonderful new years celebration. sending lots of love.
sunrise, sunset I can't think of a better way to wake up on this stormy New Year's Eve than to a smile and sun filled blog from you two. Thanks again for brightening our days. xoxo
I want happy and funny too That menu is hysterical! Your pics are the best. I didn't think it was possible but they get better and better. Glad those cameras are working, keep 'em clicking. Please tell me that you handed your camera to someone else who had stepped over the fence to take a pic of the falls b/c certainly 2 smart graduates from UCD would not. I'll keep praying. love you both billions. xoxo
dining with the rodents Please remember squirrels are just rats with fluffly tails. Once again, your photos are fantastic. You guys would have done great back in the 70s when we had the water shortage. Our source of water for doing laundry was pool water. yep. I want you both in my fox hole. You guys are the best at adapting to new situations. Jessie, you get the award for adapting to Stacy's exploding luggage. Love you Stace!! xoxo to you both.
A-Plus for Pictures, F-sharp for Titles Wait wait wait,
Are these your best pictures only, or are you two totally "in it" right now?
I dream of such amazing chicks, I mean pics.
Stacy I miss you so! The pictures are phenomenal...they allow me to have a relaxing mini-vacation while I'm at work. And let me tell you that I need it desperately!! Can't wait to hear and see more when you get to India. Been thinking about you lots, and especially when a photographic opportunity presents itself! xo
P.S. the tree stuff might be gum for chewing gum!
a picture is worth a million words Jess, can I tell you how excited I already am for the bomb ass photo album you are about to make after your trip? You should publish that shit...its gonna be so hot. You look absolutely gorgeous and that shit comes from the inside, so you must be fullfilled, engaged, and inspired and all that good stuff that goes down when you travel. Anyway, just wanted to say that although I am happy to be here your pics give me the perfect mental getaway I need every now and again. Except the crunches on the beach...could that be more American Jessie, come on? Anyway, keep em comin...oh and Stacey, I don't know you but you are lookin good too, maybe we will meet one day? All my love...T
As graduation from UC Davis creeped closer and closer, Stacy and I were not exactly sure what we planned to do with ourselves post- graduation... and then summer rolled on through... all we knew is that it would be something amazing though.
Well after a lot of daydreaming and one random phone call, we decided to team up and see parts of the world we always desired to. Planned destinations so far are: Vietnam (1 month), Thailand (1.5 months), India (2.5 months) and South Africa (undecided)...This could not be a better time to get traveling the world out of our systems!
We want all our f... full info
