hungary exchange!!!
heyy! that is so exciting that you are coming here!! do you know what city you will be in?? and dont have any worries or concerns or anything that hungary will be too similiar to your home. it is waaaayyyy more different than you think it would be, it being in europe and all. just remember that hungarians originally came from wwaaaaaaayyyy over in northern asia originally so they are completly different from any other european country. and stuff to know before you come...try to learn some basics of the language. it is a very very difficult language (not impossible though :) and any basics that you know will help alot. dont concentrate on vocabulary, that will come with time, but try to learn some of their crazy grammer, that will help you the most. and anything you know about hungarys history will help you out. and the hungarian people will appreciate it soooooo much if you know anything about them. take a look at some of their revolutions and hungarians STILL grieve the treaty of trianon that happened in 1920 (they lost about 70% of their land mass after ww1). hrmmm... i could go on forever! if you have any questions AT ALL just ask!

WOW!
Jess..wow that was a very very impressive blog..not even kidding, the whole train station and travelling to a whole new area not knowing anything and being alone, that would have put me over the edge! But it sounds like you are having just the most amazing time..im jealous of the life experiences you are going through! Haha coming form a bigger family myself..that whole switch from a very quite 2 person household to your new one probably would haev been amazing! Its good too that everyone there seems to be so family orintated and like involved!! But your having a good time right? Are you liking the switch? SO now do you go to school here or what..cuz you were attending school in Hungary right? Anyways I love you and love reading about your life..so keep me posted..be safe and i will talk to you soon!

ok. A) before I forget. APPARENTLY travelblog doesnt do the email thingy anymore (which is really the only reason I chose its site) because they just have so many emails to send all the time. but hopefully they work that out. B) UNICYCLE! Hahhaha i love it. C) glad you loved Denmark and GOD BLESS the angels we find while traveling. Seriously. That was definatly a miracle, no doubt about it. D) LOVE YOU.

YES! Kristina makes it into the blog, from a whole ocean (and quite a few degrees celcius) away! Glad your happy doll, and Way To Go withthe dinner. you are seriously the only teenager I know that can covert a thanksgiving dinner to that SUCCESSFULLY. haha. Love you tons!

cheddar cheese. oh my goodness i think my body forgot that cheddar cheese existed...... heres my additions to the list : *bagels *having a time to do something and actually doing it at that time * french and english packaging! *DRIVING (so important i had to include it in my list as well) *popcorn on the stove and not microwaveable *grass front lawns - not cement *being able to go to a bank not guarded by guys with rifles *being able to take a picture of government buildings without getting your camera almost taken away ..... we could do this all day...
