Here is the rundown for today and yesterday. Yesterday it was our first day of the trip, after having a nice breakfast at our hostel (hostal Loki) and aranging a tour to Macchu Picchu, we ventured out into the town. Our first stop was the market place, one city block enclosed with a permanent roof and walls, set up with booths selling all kinds of stuff. There were trinkets and obvious tourist stuff, but the majority was for the locals to buy. There were fresh fruit asiles with fruit smoothies available. There were spices and nuts vendors, there were what looked like petrified cats with no fur, just skin and skeleton, gross!
