The geyser sounds like fun. How cold is it outside during the day? Good to see you've got good travel companions, and lodging for $2.75 is always a plus.
I've decided what I'm going to get you for Christmas - a set of commas, apostrophes, semicolons... the works. Just so you can get a taste of home: '''''''''',,,,,,;;;;;;;:::::: - look at them - they're so abundant. I'll never take my punctuation marks for granted again!
The photos are awesome - so crazy with all the salt. And, by the way, why are you including stories about backpackers ending up dead - as if your parents aren't worried enough about you already!
Keep the stories coming - they're great!
herro HI! Love the pictures... Maybe you should change your clothes once in a while though, you're kinda gross. Just kidding! Pictures are amazing, and sounds like you are having so much fun! Can't wait to see you... 2.5 weeks to go!! :)
Alright - you're starting to make me feel bad. I think of myself as an adventurous traveler, but you really are going out on a lot of limbs. I admire your willingness to take risks!
Sounds like an awesome group. Isn't it depressing to hear from all these travelers that are on the road for over a year? You think we'll ever have that much time to travel? It would be nice, but I don't think it's in the cards. I agree with your comment about other travelers. Even worse, I think every traveler I meet, I learn about 4 new spots that I want to go to!
Nice Our group didn't do the cable car - I don't even remember it. It looks like it was a lot of fun! My favorite day was the 2nd day, but nothing beats that sunrise. You are pretty bold to share a tent with two guys after all that work - after an experience like that you can probably put up with anything!
Room with a view I can't believe your room on Isla Del Sol - talk about a steal of a deal. Especially compared to the Ausies. The bus ride sounds like an adventure in and of itself!
dried llama fetus? Sounds like an awesome time in Bolivia. How lucky to be there for the festival - sounds like it was pretty fun. How are you liking the food there? Did you cave in and buy a dried llama fetus yet? That'd be a hard birthday present to top. What do you think of the coca leaves?

Hi Just got on for the first time, it's amazing to hear about your adventures and other cultures. We'll be anxious to read more as time goes on and hear more when we see you in a month. Stay safe. Becky just left Santorini and Crete and is on her way to Prague tonight. 8 countries in 5 weeks for her, having a ball. Talk soon. lots of love.
Wow! Thanks for the vicarious pleasure!!! I will definitely need to make it there sometime in the future. Can't wait to see you in 4-5 weeks and hear more details about your advertures.
This is so cool! I just read all of your blogs (while sitting in my amazing dorm room)...if you will, and I've decided that I'm just gonna live through you now! How sweet- I can't wait to talk to you about it. Have fun!
You are remarkable J- Looks amazing, and once again you prove how much control you really have over your physical abilities! Just an FYI -- I don't share tents will smelly spanish/irish men. I'll think of you roughing it through hostels while I enjoy my new couch which, if my "porter" is on time, should arrive next week.
I pressume you opted with the non-ATM approach this time.
ok i think i laughed for about ten minutes when i read your comment about outgrowing hostels :oP i'm so proud of you. glad you're having fun and learning from other travelers. continue to be safe (i know i say that in every post) and have a great time in bolivia! love you!
p.s. i can't tell if you guys are freezing or warm from the picture. some of you are completely bundled and others are wearing shorts!
cluck cluck i'm surprised you didn't buy the chicken! haha...i love this blog thing. i feel like we're traveling together :) stay safe, keep those eyes closed on the bus rides. Mr. Raczka you crack me up with the maps!!! i love it :) james, i bet this i good practice for your spanish.

Sounds like an awesome trip James. But you know, New York has some cool stuff in it too ;)
